Quick Summary

Important: The Free tier does not require a subscription. It is designed to let potential users experience what ProjectHound can do before moving to a paid plan.

Free Tier

The Free tier is the easiest way to get started. It is intended for builders and business owners who want to evaluate ProjectHound in real project situations before committing to a subscription.

Basic Tier

Basic is a paid subscription for teams that are actively using ProjectHound and need more room to manage their day-to-day work.

Premium Tier

Premium is the highest paid subscription level. It is designed for teams that need the broadest access and the most flexibility as operations scale.

How to Choose

  1. Start with Free if you are evaluating the product and learning the workflow.
  2. Move to Basic once your usage grows beyond trial-level limits.
  3. Choose Premium when you need maximum capacity and broader feature coverage.

Entitlement Controls by Tier

The subscription system controls access in two ways: feature controls (on/off access to specific capabilities) and usage limits (how much you can do each month or per project).

These controls are based on the entitlement definitions in the subscription and entitlements specification.

Note: The limits shown above are subject to change and can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Note: Basic and Premium require an active subscription. Free remains available for prospective users who want to explore the product first.
