Free Tier
The Free tier is the easiest way to get started. It is intended for builders and business owners who want to evaluate ProjectHound in real project situations before committing to a subscription.
- No subscription purchase is needed.
- You can create a single 'regular'project, track receipts and bills, and organize project information.
- You can create a single 'office expense' project or track office specific receipts and bills.
- Usage limits are intentionally lower than paid tiers.
- Some advanced capabilities may be limited or unavailable.
Basic Tier
Basic is a paid subscription for teams that are actively using ProjectHound and need more room to manage their day-to-day work.
- Subscription required.
- Higher limits for projects, photos, videos, receipts, and bills.
- More monthly AI-assisted processing capacity for receipts and invoices.
- A practical fit for smaller teams with regular project volume.
Premium Tier
Premium is the highest paid subscription level. It is designed for teams that need the broadest access and the most flexibility as operations scale.

How to Choose

Entitlement Controls by Tier
The subscription system controls access in two ways: feature controls (on/off access to specific capabilities) and usage limits (how much you can do each month or per project).
